STORE PICKUP

Orders can be picked up at the location ONLY Monday to Friday from 9am to 5pm, with prior appointment. A notification will be sent when your order is ready for pickup at the following address: 1366 North Garey Avenue, Pomona CA, 91767.

Orders are generally shipped within 1-3 business days using UPS or USPS. We currently only ship to the 48 states within the contiguous USA. 

• For calculated shipping rates: Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
• For simple flat rate shipping: We offer flat rate shipping for orders based on weight.
  
• Free shipping: Orders over $100 qualify for free shipping.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

At this time we do not ship to countries outside of the United States. 

REFUNDS, RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

We accept returns up to 10 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original
condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at aurorascandleeh@gmail.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
