    Terms & Conditions

    If any of your item/s arrive broken or in bad condition please contact us immediately so we can help with your order. We can gladly send you another gift or offer you a refund if item/s arrive to your home broken. We must receive proof of shattered/bad conditioned item/s within the first 10 days you first received your product/s.

    Return & Refund Policy

    Return and exchange policy
    • Returns: If you don't like your candle, you can return the candle unburned within 15 days of delivery for a full refund.  Customer is responsible for return shipping and there is a 20% restocking fee and we do not refund credit card processing fees.  This excludes all Vintage Candles and Dough Bowl candles as they are non-refundable final sales.  We will NOT refund orders that request to be returned due to COVID-19 shipping delays caused by carriers (USPS, FedEx, UPS and any other carriers) as this is beyond our control.  Please allow 5-8 business days for processing before your order ships.
    • Exchanges: We understand that sometimes it can be difficult to know which scent is the perfect scent for you, and if you don't love the scent you chose, you can return your unburned candle to us for an exchange.  We will send your new chosen fragrance back to you free of charge.
    • Damaged or defective candles: If you received a damaged or faulty item, we're so sorry and we'll make it right for you! Email us at aurorascandleeh@gmail.com with the order and details of the purchase and we will replace your item free of charge.
